How should I prepare for my appointment?

To ensure the best application and overall experience, all clients are required to arrive with a freshly cleansed face and no makeup applied.
What is your late policy?

A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments.After this time, a $20 late fee will be added to your bill. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled without refund in order to to respect scheduled clients and timing.
Are there additional fees for early or after hour appointments?

Appointments scheduled before 9am or after 5pm are considered early/after hour bookingsand will incur an additional $20 convenience fee.
Do you offer SFX makeup services?

At this time, special effects (SFX) makeup services are not offered.
Can I bring guests or children to my appointment?

To maintain a calm, luxurious and focused environment, additional guest and children are not permitted during appointment unless arranged in advance
